Premier Plaza 2, Black Sea Coast: The inspection trip during the summer months usually departs on Friday (evening) and returns late Monday night. This trip is very convenient for clients who work during the week as we fly direct to Bourgas when possible. Alternatively off-season the trip usually runs from a Sunday – Thursday or from Thursday – Sunday respectively. Off-Peak Inspection trips will involve flying to an alternative airport and traveling by car to the resort.

The cost is usually ₤ 350 or € 500 (depending on the time of year, flights etc). It includes return flights, transport to and from the airport, hotel accommodation for 3-4nights and inspection of the desired property/land/apartments. Half of the cost of the trip is returned if the client purchases.

Clients wishing to travel to the Ski Resort of Pamporovo will travel via Sofia. The cost once again as a guide is around €500 (depending on time of year / availability etc). The cost includes return flights, transport to and from the airport, hotel accommodation for 3-4nights and inspection of the desired plaza apartments. Half of the cost of the trip is returned if the client purchases.

On an Inspection Trip with C & N the Client always has at least one or two days to do as they please. Whether it is shopping, sight seeing or just a little bit of relaxation we are sure you will enjoy the full experience with us. This trip is usually accompanied by a C & N representative on departure or alternatively greeted upon arrival by a C & N representative.

The Inspection Trip to Corvera or Roda Golf in Spain will usually involve a direct flight from Dublin Airport to Murcia with Ryan Air. From the Airport you will be collected by Augusto (a representative for Corvera) and taken to your accommodation. It can be arranged that clients can stay at Corvera Golf once prior notice is given in advance to C & N. This is ideal as Corvera is situated less than 10 mins from Murcia International Airport, 5 minutes from the town of Los Alcazares and Los Narejos, while La Manga is a mere boat ride away or just 20 minutes by car, Alicante is only 40 minutes by car also. After viewing both developments you may feel its time to play a round at the beautiful Championship Golf Course at Corvera. After that, a relaxing bath in the pool might help cool you down before you hit the local town to sample the Cuisine over a glass of wine or beer.

As always we try our best to work these trips to suit the personal needs of our clients. The earlier you know your available dates to travel the better chance we will have of accommodating you. As a guide cost €500 will include return flights, transport to and from the airport, accommodation for 3-4nights and inspection of the Corvera and Roda Golf Resorts. Half of the cost of the trip is returned if the client purchases.

Our Trips to Kusadasi, Turkey will all depend on the time of year. Ideally during the summer months we aim to get direct flights to Izmir from Dublin or alternatively via the U.K. Clients will then be car driven from Izmir to Kusadasi which is about a 1 hour drive.

The trip will include return flights, transport to and from the airport, accommodation for 3-4nights and inspection of the Tasonu or Hotel developments. It is estimated the cost of this trip will be €550 which may be subject to change. If client purchases they will receive half of this cost returned.

Our Trips to Alcudia Smir in Morocco will usually involve either of two options. Currently the cheapest option is a Ryanair flight to Malaga, where you would then need to make your way to Algecierca Port where there are Ferries every hour to Tangiers, Morocco. The journey from Malaga to Algeceiras is no more than 75mins while the fast ferry journey is 1 hour.

An alternative option is to fly to Gibraltar with BA, where you are no more than 15mins away in a taxi from Algecieras port.

Depending on the availability of the Travel Dates C & N will price both options and negotiate in order to get the most suitable and cost effective trip for a client. Hotel accommodation and transfers can all be pre-booked through C & N.
